Two hats, one grateful heart. 💛 As President of Strategic Management & Logistics and Head of Virtual Events for OrangeSlices, I’m blessed to work with wonderful people, support businesses, and bring our community together. Each role offers something different, and both give me opportunities to learn and grow. In this episode of the Smart Management Lounge, I’m sharing practical ways to make the most of multiple roles. Whether you’re a business owner, team leader, volunteer, caregiver or some combination of all of those - I hope you’ll find a tip you can use. ▶️ Take a few minutes to check out the video, then tell me: What hats are you grateful to wear?

My fellow business owners and “wearers of all the hats” - take a little break from your to-do list and check this one out! 🎥✨ Tune in to Mind Your Business with Sharon Wolff ARM, AIC, President of the Catholic Business Network of Baltimore! CBNB brings together professionals who want to grow their businesses, strengthen their faith, and make a difference in their community. Through networking, fellowship, community service, and support for Catholic education, members have opportunities to build relationships that reach well beyond a business card exchange. And you know I love a community that shows up for each other! Running a business takes a lot, and having people in your corner who share your values and want to see you succeed? That matters. Sharon also serves as a National Sales Executive & Employee Benefits Consultant at Gallagher - so she knows a thing or two about wearing multiple hats! 😉 Give it a watch, get to know Sharon and CBNB, and share it with a business friend who could use a little more connection and community! After a recent loss in my family, I’ve been reminded that being a business owner doesn’t mean you have to carry everything yourself. Grief doesn’t wait for your calendar to clear, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is tell your team what you need and let them step in. I’m especially grateful for Pam, Krista, Renee, Sara, and everyone on the SML team. They’ve checked on me, kept things moving, and given me room to be human. I’m grateful to our clients, too, for their kindness and understanding. In this recording, I share what this experience has taught me about building a team you can trust, communicating when your capacity changes, and accepting support when it’s offered. If you lead a business or a team, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch. And if you’re going through something difficult right now, please remember: you don’t have to do it all alone. ❤️
